Goodness Gracious
What a week it's been. We had oodles of fun with our friend Antal.
Our day at Newport KY - we played on the riverfront and explored the aquarium (Thursday 9/22)
My company picnic was at the Zoo - we ate lunch then ran amok. Thank you Dad for putting the wagon together, it was put to good use! (Saturday 9/24)
Sunday, 9/25, the plan was to drive up to Jackson Michigan, meet a couple friends from the internet and Antal's cousin would pick him up and take him on up into MI to visit the rest of his family. Unfortunately, a wreck with a silver minivan changed those plans. Luckily - thankfully - angels were watching out for us because neither Katie nor Antal got a scratch.
Katie and Antal rode in a police car to the hospital, following the amubulance that took me in. I wound up with a badly bruised chest and a broken ankle that required some surgery to put back together.
And so as not to leave on a sour note, some general cuteness.
With the exception of that accident-thing, we thoroughly enjoyed Antal's visit. He was such a treat and we have lots of good memories :)

Wow, the pictures are (all) great! BUT. Yes, angels were watching out for all of you in that terrible wreck -- could have been so much worse.
Katie, you are one beautiful little girl. And MUCH LOVED!
